Vermont’s pension funds are at risk!

To avoid catastrophic climate change, most fossil fuels must remain unburned. Global consensus is emerging for aggressive climate legislation that will restrict fossil fuels, resulting in stranded assets – fossil fuel reserves that are no longer able to earn an economic return as a result of the changes in the market and regulatory environment.

This forum brings together people working with public investments to share and learn about climate risk and carbon liabilities.

I couldn’t make it to Montpelier for the forum so I tuned in to Live stream. Maybe the acoustics or my computer, but I could catch only a few words from the panel and Ms Blume; audience questions/comments were a little better, but not that much. Thanks for the work you do.

Thanks so much for giving this live streaming event a try. I understand the issue with the audio. Remarkably, I’m streaming the event through my cell phone. I’m also recording the event with other cameras. One way or another, I’m determined to get better quality. Come back and see the better video. I do the live streaming as a bonus.

Lisa, I wanted to give you a heads-up that the local cable access channel also recorded the event and I’ve included it here. I hope that helps!
