A response from a Strafford resident:
They already are. Last I checked, the Elizabeth mines are posted as No Tresspassing. Secondly, what wildlife are we talking about? Ground hogs? These are wide open fields. Tell me what wildlife likes to spend time in a wide open field (besides teenagers and buffaloes). This just sounds like more FUD to me.
Secondly, I drive through that area every day. What landowners are going to actually **see** these panels? What landowners are being screwed and how? Be specific. I ask the question because I genuinely know of only one house that *might* see them (and the house is 6 miles away in Thetford — as the crow flies).
